As you can see, Zuzanna, is delighted with her new dress for Irish Dance Competitions. It is spectacular! Magda, her talented Mum, has made Zuzanna, the Belle of the Ball! Zoom in and have a look at the wonderful bead work.
Margaret has knitted this wee set for the Princess Royal Maternity Hospital in Glasgow. The powers that be had asked for knitters to produce sets to give to the first babies born on Christmas day and New Years day. This is ideal.
Janice has been making more bunnies and bibs. Someone asked her for one of each ......but she got carried away! These always create a stir when shown at the S & B.
Magda had time to crochet cosy hats for Adam and Jan. And just to prove that the boys appreciated them, Magda had photographic evidence.
Phyllis is always busy. This week she created a corner to corner blanket and matching hat for a friend.
At last, I have been able to complete the Japanese Stepping Stones project from the Village Patchers Quilting group. There was a great deal of hand sewing in this and I really enjoyed it.
Sharon enjoys working with Kadie Jade patterns. This wee set is beautiful and the yarn has a lovely sparkle. There is so much detail in this pattern.
Catriona didn't have any knitted projects to show this week. Instead, she brought along a box frame featuring sentiments and filled with seed pearls so the box can also act as a shaker. She has been asked to make similar frames including photographs for special occasions.
Jean saw the pattern for this hat involving eye-lash yarn and just had to make one. Good choice. It looks fab.
Kathleen has been trying out a new crochet pattern. This wee jacket is beautiful and just needs some buttons to complete the look.
Elaine had completed a car seat blanket using ICE yarn. The colours are bright and cheerful and will make a great gift for her friend at work.
This handsome chap was knitted by Lyn. I did offer to give him a good home but... He is so cute. Look at the eyes! And the nose! He even has little feet!
